Frequently Asked Questions
What do you deliver exactly?
We deliver template-faithful casino review drafts as Google Docs (or, if agreed, directly into your CMS). Each draft follows your H2/H3 logic, tables, and required modules for the target market and can be aligned to your keyword focus, tone of voice, reader address (e.g., “you” vs. “formal”), and country-specific compliance wording/rules provided in your template or guidelines.
Can I provide my own specific ‘Tone of Voice’ or ‘No-Go’ lists?
Absolutely. Your pilot includes a custom ‘Style-Guide’ injection. Whether you need a ‘High-Roller/Professional’ tone or a ‘Casual/Fun’ vibe, and regardless of your list of forbidden terms, the engine adheres to your brand constraints globally.
What’s the typical word count per review?
Word count depends on your template depth and available market data. Most reviews land in the ~1,500–2,500 word range. Depending on the availability of local bonus data and linguistic nuances, the output typically scales within that range, with a common peak around ~2,200 words for full review templates.
What about factual accuracy for bonus/payment details?
Accuracy is a priority. We map the specific data points you provide (or pull from your approved source) into your template logic. During the initial setup for a market/batch, we validate the core fields, so the generated reviews reflect the intended offer and local payment reality. Because promotions and terms can change, we still recommend a quick final check of any time‑sensitive details (bonuses, limits, T&Cs) before publishing.
Can we change the structure of the template after the pilot?
Yes—just send the updated template. Template update (new version mapping): $49 per template version.
Once a template version is approved, it’s treated as “frozen” for your next production batches.
What do you need from us to start?
Minimum:
Your template (Google Doc or Sheet link)
Target market code (e.g., en_CA, fr_CA, de_CH)
Casino list + money-page URLs
Optional:
tone-of-voice notes, internal linking rules, “no-go” terms
How do you handle AI detection and Google’s Helpful Content updates?
We don’t optimize for “AI detection”. We optimize for helpfulness, structure, and consistency based on your proven templates and market-specific inputs. Our drafts are template-driven and data-anchored, which avoids the typical issues of generic AI text (inconsistent structure, vague claims, wrong localisation). Final publishing always includes a light native-speaker proofread and your own compliance/brand review.
How fast is delivery?
Delivery is capacity-based and confirmed once we receive a complete brief (template, casino list/URLs, and market code). For larger batches, we typically deliver the first 5 drafts first so you can validate template fit before scaling.
Planning notes (so timelines stay realistic):
The total timeline depends on the combination: 10 templates × 5 casinos each will take longer than 5 templates × 10 casinos each, even if the total number of casinos is the same.
New template setup & calibration: ~1 business day per template (template mapping/version changes are handled separately).
Production time: ~1 hour per casino (average).
New countries/markets: We can support additional countries at no extra charge, but a new market may still require extra verification time (local bonuses, payments, and compliance phrasing).
Why timelines vary (setup vs. repeat production)
Market migration: moving an existing setup to a new country allows us to reuse the core structure but still requires verification of local bonuses and payment realities.
Initial market setup (first time in a market/domain): requires a calibration pass to align your template with local payments, bonus logic, and compliance wording.
Repeat batches: Once your template and market rules are mapped, follow-up production is significantly faster and delivered in a predictable cadence.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. We deliver structured drafts based on your inputs. SEO outcomes depend on your strategy, SERPs, internal linking, and off-page signals.
What if there’s a generation error?
If a draft contains a clear generation error (e.g., placeholders in tables, broken layout, truncated output), we will regenerate at no additional cost. Email us the Job ID (e.g., job-564) and we’ll reprint it quickly.
Who owns the rights to the content?
You do. Once delivered and paid for, the drafts are yours to publish and edit for your domains.
Is the content ready to publish (formatting)?
Yes — drafts are delivered in a clean, structured HTML/Markdown-ready format, including H-tags, bullet points, and tables, so it’s typically a straightforward copy‑paste into your CMS (or we can discuss direct API integration).
Before publishing, we recommend a quick final pass by a native speaker to:
-choose or shorten the meta description to fit your preferred SERP length and style (we provide a suggested meta description, but you can replace it with your own)
-smooth out occasional overly short or awkward phrasing (this can happen when many facts are packed into one section)
-confirm the tables are populated with real values (no empty cells/placeholders),
