What data we collect

We collect and process personal data depending on how you use the Site:

A) Data you submit to us

  • Contact and enquiry data: name, email address, company and any message you submit via forms or email.
  • Briefing/order information: template links, URLs, market codes, and any notes you submit.

B) Account and order data (WooCommerce)

If you purchase a package or create an account, we process:

  • name, email address, and account details
  • order details (products purchased, timestamps, order status)
  • billing details you enter at checkout (as applicable)

C) Payment data (PayPal)

Payments are processed via PayPal. We receive transaction confirmations and order/payment status information required to fulfil your purchase. Payment credentials (card details, PayPal login) are processed by PayPal, not stored by us.

D) Technical data (security, logs, anti‑fraud)

When you visit the Site, our systems may process:

  • IP address, device/browser information, date/time of access
  • logs related to security and abuse prevention (e.g., repeated login attempts, suspicious requests)

Why we process personal data

We process personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide customer support
  • fulfil orders and deliver services
  • manage customer accounts and order access (where applicable)
  • prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access
  • maintain and secure the Site and improve reliability

Where the GDPR applies, we typically process data based on:

  • contract performance (to fulfil your order/service)
  • legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service operations)

Payments (PayPal)

We use PayPal as our payment processor. PayPal processes your payment information under PayPal’s own privacy policy.

Fraud prevention: reCAPTCHA (Google)

To help protect our payment and checkout endpoints from automated abuse (including card-testing attacks), we use reCAPTCHA (v2 and v3). reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and may set cookies and process personal data (such as IP address and device signals) in accordance with Google’s policies.

Security: Wordfence

We use Wordfence security tooling (firewall and login protection) to help secure the Site and prevent unauthorized access. This may involve processing IP addresses and security-related request data.

Hosting, email delivery, and other processors

Our Site is hosted with Hostinger. We may use hosting and infrastructure services to operate the Site and deliver emails (e.g., transactional emails and form notifications). These providers may process technical data as part of providing their services.

Forms and storage (WPForms)

We use WPForms to collect form submissions. Depending on configuration, form submissions are delivered to us via email notifications. (WPForms Lite typically does not store entries in the WordPress dashboard unless additional features are enabled.)

Automation (n8n)

We use internal automation tooling (n8n) to support content operations and workflow. This may process operational data needed to run our workflows (e.g., job IDs, content drafts). We do not sell personal data.

AI / LLM processing (OpenRouter)

We use OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) to route content-generation requests to different large language models (“LLMs”). This means that the prompts and content drafts we submit for processing may be transmitted to and processed by OpenRouter and the selected model provider(s).

We aim to minimize the personal data included in prompts. Where possible, we use operational identifiers (e.g., job IDs) and avoid including unnecessary personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:
