Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-01-01
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of casinoworldplay.com and the purchase of our services. By purchasing a package or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
This website is operated by Thomas Rothlin, ThoR Content Design (“we”, “us”).
Contact: contact@casinoworldplay.com
What we sell
We provide template-driven production of casino review drafts (“Deliverables”), typically delivered as Google Docs and/or via approved delivery methods (e.g., shared links, CMS upload, or other agreed formats).
We do not provide:
- legal advice, licensing advice, or compliance certification
- guarantees of search rankings or SEO performance
- publishing/compliance sign-off for your domain(s)
Definitions
- Package: a purchased service bundle (e.g., 5 reviews / 50 reviews).
- Template: your review template structure (sections, tables, tone rules, internal rules).
- Complete brief: the minimum inputs required to start production (see section 5).
- Job ID: an internal identifier (e.g.,
job-564) used for tracking and fast regeneration.
Orders, accounts, and checkout
Purchases are processed through WooCommerce checkout. We may require account creation to enable access to order-related pages and/or delivery instructions.
Briefing requirements and start of production
Production starts after we receive a complete brief. A complete brief typically includes:
- template link/version (Google Doc preferred)
- target market code(s) (language + country)
- casino list and required URLs (money-page URLs)
- constraints (tone of voice, reader address, compliance wording, no-go terms, internal link rules)
If the brief is incomplete, timelines do not start and we may request missing information.
Delivery format and “~95% editor-ready” standard
Deliverables are provided as editor-ready drafts (~95%). This means:
- agreed structure/modules/tables are in place
- localisation is aligned to the chosen market
- formatting is HTML/Markdown-ready (headings, bullets, tables)
Before publishing, you are responsible for a final editorial pass, ideally by a native speaker, to:
- smooth awkward/overly short phrasing
- correct punctuation/grammar and brand voice alignment
- verify time-sensitive commercial details (bonuses, limits, T&Cs) if you publish them as exact numbers
- run compliance/legal review for your jurisdiction(s)
Reprint / regeneration policy (fast fixes)
Machine-assisted workflows can occasionally produce draft-level issues or delivery glitches (e.g., placeholders in tables, broken formatting, truncated output, missing sections). If a delivered draft contains a clear generation/delivery error, we will re-generate and re-deliver at no additional cost.
To request a reprint, email reprint@casinoworldplay.com with:
- the Job ID (e.g.,
job-564) and/or - the missing casino list and a short description of the issue
In many cases, reprints can be turned around quickly once we have the Job ID.
Template versions and changes
If you request structural changes after a template version is approved (e.g., moving sections, changing table logic, adding/removing required modules), this becomes a new template version.
Template update fee: $49 per template version, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timeframes, capacity, and scheduling
Delivery is capacity-based and confirmed after we receive a complete brief. For larger batches, we commonly deliver the first 5 drafts first so you can validate template fit before scaling.
Indicative planning (non-binding):
- new template calibration may take up to ~1 business day per template
- production time averages ~1 hour per casino
We may limit availability via “slots” (e.g., limited number of new starts per week). If capacity is full, new purchases may be paused until the next slot is available.
Pricing, taxes, and fees
Prices are shown on the website and/or checkout. Any taxes you are responsible for are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment processor fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are handled as part of the payment process.
Payments (PayPal)
Payments are processed via PayPal (through WooCommerce). PayPal may offer payment options such as PayPal balance and/or card payments depending on region and eligibility. We do not control PayPal’s product availability decisions.
Refund policy
Refund trigger: If we fail to deliver within 30 days after receiving a complete brief, you may request a refund.
- If no deliverables have been provided, you may request a full refund for that order.
- If partial delivery has occurred, refunds are handled pro‑rata for the undelivered portion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where applicable.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet outages, extreme weather, lightning strikes, hosting downtime, and third‑party service interruptions (including Google services and payment providers). Where force majeure occurs, timelines are extended accordingly.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive the right to use, edit, and publish the deliverables on your domains. You remain responsible for final wording, compliance, and publishing decisions.
Confidentiality
If you share non-public templates, guidelines, or internal documents, we will treat them as confidential and use them only to deliver the service, unless disclosure is required by law.
AI / third-party infrastructure
We may use third-party infrastructure to generate drafts and operate workflows, including:
- OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) to route requests to different LLM providers/models
- automation tooling (e.g., n8n)
- document and storage platforms (e.g., Google Docs/Drive) if used for delivery or collaboration
You agree not to submit unnecessary sensitive personal data (e.g., passport numbers, banking credentials) in templates/briefs. Where possible, use job IDs and operational identifiers.
OpenRouter policies:
Compliance and acceptable use
You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws, advertising standards, and regulatory requirements in your target market(s). You agree not to use our service for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for SEO outcomes, rankings, revenue, or business performance.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on this page applies to new purchases from the “Last updated” date.
